In this presentation given to the Intellectual Property Society on July 8, 2010, Ed Radlo, co-founder of the patent law firm Radlo & Su LLP, Palo Alto, California, reviews the Patent Law Treaty and presents arguments as to why the United States should enact implementing legislation that will enable the Treaty to be brought into force in the U.S. Ed represented the American BarAssociation at the Diplomatic Conference for the Adoption of the Patent Law Treaty in Geneva, Switzerland in the year 2000.
